Hi can someone tell me where the breather pipes are meant to go please on my 6718 ?
Ive got four elbows and no hoses.
1 elbow on the inspection cover, a cam crank breather I take it .
Two on the inlet manifold just pass where the air filter hose connects, one elbow on straight and then a fourth on the opposite side of the engine just left of the exhaust manifold

Cheers

Hi,

Only the one on the cam door is the engine breather. I think this is meant to go back into the inlet manifold (Someone may be able to confirm this as i'm not exactly sure) but i always have them breathing into the atmosphere as i believe this is better for the engine (Basically pipe down to towards sump. If you do this blank off the extra hole on the inlet manifold to stop dirty air being sucked into the engine). The other one on the inlet is for a compressor. Is there a compressor on the left hand side of the engine? Is this where the other elbow is?

So to clarify:

Cam door to inlet manifold
Compressor to inlet manifold

Thanks
Steven
