Are you satisfied with your hsx?The 150 HD is a litle bit "more" tractor...
Take a look at the technical specs, better hydraulics, front spring suspension in series, front fenders pivoting, slightly larger and more permissible total weight (10 instead of 9 tons).
But the transmission itself is the same.
I have none - but drive them both certain times last years. Are you satisfied with your hsx?
maybe some security functions in Chrome browser?Open with opera browser. With Chrome don't work
Never seen a 150 hd anywhere but did know of were there was the 6 cylinder version with the deutz engine and about every 3000 hrs clutch packs had to be done you should find out the price of parts as well as since the forterra has been discontinued zetor parts have doubledHello what is the main difference for those tractors? Are good has problems ? Engine has power ? Gearbox clutch? I have a offer for 140hsx from dealer for 72000 euro without vat full extra package I don't ask for 150hd but I will ask him .
Work about 80h in heavy soil corn ,cotton , sunflower I have now 12245 foul restoration works like new but I want something bigger and more comfortable and quiter
The HD was never 6 cylinder tractor, they were originally Zetor engines but Deutz engineNever seen a 150 hd anywhere but did know of were there was the 6 cylinder version with the deutz engine
Zetor 16245:Is quite the cabin ? Engine has more Power that 16245 at pulling? Has more traction from 12245 and 16245 ? Mane says 4 cylinder is not too good for plow
Is it possible that you are confusing the Forterra with the Zetor Maxterra Prototypes or Zetor Crystal (they have the DEUTZ engine) ?
More torque but not flat curve. 12245 without ballast is 4500 4600 tons but at heavy wet soil has power to pull but spining like crazy or Front axle go up. I think 6.5 7 ton is better. At 2016 crystal 160hd sold new for 73000 euros new alla tractors price go up I think 80-85 K full extra 150hd is fair price .. nh t6 same Power without electronic spools start form 110000 without optionsZetor 16245:
Zetor Forterra HD 150:
- 6 cyl. engine
- 6845 ccm cubic capacity
- weight 5.7 tons
- 102.7 kW engine power
- 548 Nm max torque
But - the Forterra has front axle suspension and significantly better 3-point hydraulics. Both together will also improve its pulling power in the field compared to a 16245.
- 4 cyl. engine
- 4156 ccm cubic capacity
- weight 5.7 tons
- 108 kW engine power
- 607 Nm max torque

Thats the first edition I think... some changes are made with the facelift second edition. At 2016 crystal 160hd sold new for 73000 euros
Yes better air short shift etc improved software gearbox clutch... the weight are without extra weights mounted.

I've owned a HSX since 2017, I have drove and demo a 150HD and a Crystal 170HD too. and if I was going to change again and had the money, I would defiantly try for a Crystal. They really feel like your in a big tractor. A HD only felt a bit bigger than my HSX, as the HD has 650 back tyres and my HSX has 600's. Everything else was just the same. Were as the Crystal you have so much more tractor under you.I have almost no experience with a hsx
