Can't get the loader working on my 5011

I recently purchased a 1983 5011 from a friend. I parked it and corrected some wiring issues (mice). I then went to start and move it but the loader will not operate. I believe I have all of the controls in the correct position but I don't know for sure. I have the PTO / Pump selector full forward which I believe runs the PTO and pump. I have tried most every combination I can think of with no luck any help would be appreciated.

i can give u some help. where loader pipe goes into tractor be sure the pipes are in the right way around,the hyd handle goes all the way forwards to get power or all the way back for second coupling,when tractor is running do this with handle put your head out the window u should hear the tractor humming,if not your pump is probably gone.
