Hi, new member here. Hoping I could get some help from some of you.

The tractor is a zetor 5511 1972. Starts and runs good. The problem is when i drive in upward hills. Then the clicking noise comes. It sounds as it comes from under the steering wheel somewhere, but i am not sure. Its like two metall plates are hitting against eachother. I can not hear the noise when driving on flat roads.
I will link a YouTube video so you can hear for yourselves. Thank you!

Video is deleted from youtube.

That sounds like the tappets are knocking in your engine when you have no revs up or it's a knock in the engine.

Thank you for answer. I am not so familiar with english terminology. What is "tappets" and "revs"?

Tappets are under the rocker cover on the top of the valves.
Revs is your engine revolutions, in the video your not giving the throttle much revs and your engine sounds rough, either that or there is a bearing gone.

Thank you. The sound appears with little or much amount of throttle. I will check into tappets.
Any idea about which bearing?

Well it's hard to tell by that video, but tappet knocking sound can come at high or low revs. If it's a bearing noise it could be like the big end bearing or a valve knocking either way I think your engine sounds rough in that video.

If you didn't keep pressing the brake pedal and just let us hear the tractor ticking over it might be easier to hear the noise properly, because you could have a clutch noise too.
I think you should remake the video with just the tractor ticking over and then try it moving.

I uploaded two more videos now.

I don't know because in the third video you are driving her without giving it enough throttle and it's going to make a tapping sound.

Is the noise only coming when your moving because the second video seems to suggest that when you stop moving it stops?? but you really need to leave the engine @ 1000 revs and get down and listen to her running and see if it's an engine or clutch/gearbox problem.

Just make a video with it running well and get down and walk along side from to back recording.
Because it could be something simple like the fan blades hitting off the cowl.

The noise only comes when driving forward and uphill. Not on the flats or when the engine is running at 1000 rpm in free.
I will try make anorher video in a couple of days. The tractor is not currently at my home. If it could be something as easy as fans i will check it out!
Thanks for helping me.

Hi again. The problem was that one of the bolts, that goes down into the gearbox was loose. Right in front of driverseat. Thank you so much either way.
