I was driving my 7245 when it just stopped moving, Now it goes for a couple of feet then stops again. Any clue what this is. The hydrolic fluid has also turned a grey white color. I have cleaned the fluid and flushed it. Worked a little. There is still a delay when is starts moving before it will fully engage and then slows on a small hill. Do i need a new pressure plate? Is it time to split?

May be the master cylinder clutch do not release the pressure .
If the master and slave are in good condition , remove the small inspection plate on the left size near slave cylinder and check if the 3 clutch levers has a small play . There are 3 ajustement bolt locked with 3 nuts
The shaft that moove the clutch bearing need periodic lubrification 2 grease fitting .
Next solution : splitting ???
