Cluth pedal on 6340 will not depress. I have managed to start the tractor bypassing the safety starter switch activated by clutch and now must fix the clutch. My first guess is that the master cylinder is frozen. Has anyone had this happen ? Do I have to remove the hood covering to service this ?
