Connections for tail lamps

Hi All,

Does anyone know if the fibre connector holders/ bulb holders can still be got for the lights used on later 8011 models ( I think they were also used on the "0" & "2" series models.

I should buy the whole light, they are not expensive, because the lamp holders are rivetted in and very difficult to remove without damaging the case, which will probably be rusty anyway.

I have bought new lamps, but the new lamps don't come with a small brown plastic/fibre piece which fits over the soldered end on the wiring loom.

These pieces are used to hold the wire in position to align with the contacts on the bulbs.

As my tractor no longer has the original lamps fitted,I do not have these parts.

Any dealer I have tried has told me that these parts are no longer available, I find it silly that they do not come with the new lamps, as the lamps cannot be used without them.

I am hoping that someone here has some info ......... ?

I had new lamps a couple of years ago which included the fibre discs. they were in a small plastic bag inside the lamps. seems stupid to sell lamps without them as they are totally useless !!
