Are there two different block cylinder sizes on a zetor 4911. I was just replacing liners on a second block and they wont fit , they are smaller than the previous block i done by about 2 mm i reckon but the pistons are the same diameter. The engine numbers are the same 4701-0121. What are the different sizes ?
 
No there is not 2 different sizes, engine numbers starting 4701 are 100mm bore fitted to Zetor 4712 & 4718. Engine numbers starting 4901 are 102mm bore fitted to Zetor 4911.
 
The bore sizes are the same for the pistons but the external diameter of the main body of the liners are a different size for sure.
