Zetor 5211 with Westendorf loader and BushHog 236 shredder. Due to a broken back, my equipment has been in my tractor shed for too long; however new parts are arriving and physical update help has started.
Hi, I replaced a brake master cylinder on my 5211 after the reservoir had gone dry several times. I bled the brakes and even though they are a little weak...no more leaks and have some [/]brakes. Now my clutch lets me shift gears a few times, then hangs in gear and I have to kill the engine to unlock it...I understand the brake and clutch use the same reservoir. It is not leaking, so would you think clutch master cylinder is bad, air in the line, clutch adjustment.....or something very ugly and bad news . I checked for a thread on the subject before bothering you guys but found nothing covering my question... maybe someone can tell me if I'm on the right path or not....sorry for the long post.....thanks, Don

Hi Mike,
Then I'll start with getting a new clutch master cylinder. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us. Many thanks, Don

Just an update on my original question. Mike was correct about the problem being the clutch master cylinder. I tried bleeding the system 3 different times and would never last very long. The new master cylinder solved the problem. I appreciate your help Mike. Thanks Don
