question English Zetor, now in Poland, hopefully in Germany in the future.

I am currently looking for a nice Zetor and I found one in Poland.
It has spent many years ( 1994-2018 ) in England and probably was registered there.
In 2018 it came to Poland and was registered there since then.
Now I ran into a huge problem with german registration authorities, as there are no papers about the tractors past in England.

Joachim had the idea, that it might be possible to get some official (archived) documentation from english authorities with the helb of the tractors VIN.

Is there anyone here from GB who might help me in this matter ?
