Hello, I' from Slovenia, and I would like to buy and mounting the first hydraulics. Model is 4340, 1994.
I' m asking in Slovenia at service, but it's very expencive (with cardan), but it's original part, cost araund 3300 Euro.
Does whoever knows inexpensive choice. I don't need cardan.

Regards,

Dejan

Do you mean front lift ?? To use three point hitch implements on the front of the tractor ??

A normal front 3p hitch is fairly simple, and without PTO it is a lot cheaper.

Hi

I'd be interested in seeing some front 3ph design ideas too...

Are there any good photos on the web?

That's right I mean front lift. Do you know how cost in Czech republic?

Dejan

Thx. I seen much pictures on the web (difrent address).
But...do you have some concrete links or pictures where shows and describe front lift ?

Dejan

Hi Dejan,

You mention "cardan" in your post. This a device that converts rotary into linear motion. I'm curious to know why this is in the front PTO hitch?

ivio Dejan,
RM International, ili bivi RIKO Ribnica ti proizvodi prednju hidrauliku, pa pitaj njih.
Ja sam iz Hrvatske ;)

I have only ever seen 2 or 3 Zetors with a front linkage so the kits are probably pretty rare. But I have seen several second hand kits for various makes of tractor. This would probably be the best option if you can modify it to fit.I have seen a used Front linkage with PTO to fit an MF 6100 series for around 500 Euros-a bargain if you have the experience to fit it!.

This comes from the parts manual :

Should i give you the parts numbers for 6, 7, 19 and 20 so you can order these from your dealer ??

Renze,

Was the pic from Zetor original sparepart books? I`ve been thinking 3 point lift to front sometimes, but I thought the mounting parts should be long type parts (from front to rear axle connecting flanges) But if the short mounting plates are enought that would be very easy to built!

What is lifting capacity of the original 3 point hitch on the front?

Markku,

I have found no additional axle bars for the front lift, in the parts manual . So i guess this is enough.

The UR1 front lift lifts 1500 kg i think... New front lifts lift 2500 kg on the Forterras...

For my frontloader, i just want full frame... i have seen severla "articulated" loader tractors that werent designed that way...;)

Makku,
Yes, this frame is just on front part of tractor, not along the chassis.
I have some pictures of aftermarket front 3pt lift, so I can send it if you want.
BTW, Zetor has non-standard, clockwise turn, 1300 rpm PTO (at 2200rpm engine).
Look for some pictures here:

Many thanks!

I think that I will built 3 point hitch on front of my 14245 or 7745 someday, when I have time to do that. I asked after mounted kit of a dealer sometimes ago and they asked about 3000 euros without pto!! It is too much of 200 to 300 kg of steel plate and 2 hydraulic cylinders!!

Or then Im just a miser ;)

Pozdrav!
