G'day I'm considering building an over Axel blade for my 8011 because I have a large property that needs a lot of lantana clearing and so I have had the tractor for years and can't afford a more ideal 4x4 model so what I'm asking is if I build the brackets on which it will mount how many other zetor models will it fit or with minor modifications if or when I upgrade in the future?

It will fit all UR2 models, 8045-16245

When it clears a 2wd portal axle, it will certainly clear a straight 4wd axle. I had to cut up my loader frame when fitting it to the 2wd 5718 from the 5245...

You better extend the frame all the way to the rear axle housing because tractors arent made to push from the engine. I used UNP 180 C channel and its enough safety for my loader. Its the lateral forces that makes castings snap. Right behind the clutch bellhousing is the notorious place where non-reinforced tractors snap...

A front blade works great if you hang a big weight in the 3pt for traction. But then again, make sure the blade is pushing on the rear axle where the traction force comes from, not through the transmission housings.

Yes plan was to make it go right to the back axle housing and have it bolted to that for the exact reason u mention, that's good to know about the clearance of 2wd and 4wd axle, was one of my main concerns
