Forterra oil leak from rear brake shafts

If I stop or park my Forterra 12441 -07 in uphill, there is a serious oil leak coming out from bouth brake shafts (5 cm above brake cylinders). Any idea what could cause this. Oil levels are correct.

Hi,

If it's coming out where the brake rod enters the axle there is a replaceable seal here.
