Some of the old 4wd Zetors had there front tyres on backwards.
Is there any advantages or disadvantages?

Users do that to get an even wear. Lugged tires are made to be driven so they wear right. When you do a lot of road travel (no 4wd engaged) the front wheels are pushed instead of pulling the tractor, and they wear back even when you reverse them occasionally.

Practically speaking from a farmers point of view, if you want maximum traction going foreward then fit them as the back ones.
If you are on slippery slopes and you want maximum braking without the tyres blocking up then fit them the other way.
You dont have to remove the tyres, just swap the wheels.
