I have just purchased a 7745 with a burder FEL in VGC, the only fault I can find is the front axle pivot point, There does not appear to be any bush in the front section and there is huge amount of play. There does not appear to be any bolt holes to secure a bush in place. I have searched the topics and have not found any mention. Any help would be appreciated. Ian

Hello;

I have to replace the one in mine as well. My tractor has been very reliable, although the fan belt has just been replaced, which was not a straight forward job to replace. I replace it my self, but two local shops estimated a minium of 5 hrs to change the belt. I did it myself, and it took a day for me.My Zetor has a 594 allied loader.

5 hours to replace a FAN BELT ??? then you're not doing it right.

when loosening the radiator hoses and upper mount, you can push it over to the front and get the belt into the shroud, without taking out the radiator from the tractor. Then hook it around the lower pulley and alternator.
Last time i did it in about 2 hours i think.
