???i have 3320 and it will barely lift empty bucket and only if at high rpm's. I have all new ram seals and 3-pt works fine.
Is my problem the releif valve?
Or what?

3pt works fine, it also lifts the full weight ?

Also, is your FEL plumbed into the same hydraulic pump as the TPL ?
last guy with this problem found he had a front mounted pump on the FEL .... (separate from the internal pump for the TPL) and the coupling had stripped.

Do you use the external circuit lever to control the FEL or a remote mounted control ?

if the remote mounted control uses oil pressure from the external circuit then check the external circuit lever is tied back to deliver pressure ......... if not tied (either back or forward) it will spring back to the center and you will have no oil getting to the FEL control valve.
