Gear problem, cant shift to 1+2 and 5+R - but 3+4

Hi,

On a 1979 ( i think) Zetor with gearshift next to the steering wheel, I can shift into 2+3, I can move the gearshift left to allmost right (cant get it fully to the right (5+R)), and I cant shift into 1+2 or 5+R - but I can shift into 3+4, as well as shift between high and low on the little floormounted lever next to the seat.

Any ideas on an easy fix, and how do I get the top of the transmissioncase off (below seat/stearing wheel).

Just got the update, Zetor model is 4718.

I have read about the romve bolt, fix shiftfork into neutral, can I do that too on the 4718?
And where are those bolts, on top or below gearbox?

it is poseble that youre fulltank and dash bord pussing to youre gearebox leveler if thats de problem replace the fultank rubbers.

Thank you all for the tip about the gear-locks, I fixed the problem this weekend, and it drives fine again.
