5th gear is direct drive, i.e. the layshaft isnt loaded.
Might be a layshaft bearing is bad. But actually it can be a lot of things and there is only one way to find out. take the cab floor out and the top lid off and drain the oil, then see for trouble.

get the parts from Lukas at www.ibeno.cz they are as cheap as used.
