Hi everyone,

I have just signed up again, as I can't log in using my old user name ?

Anyway, I am doing a clutch in a 5611 and I need to know what the finger settings are ?

It is using one release bearing to operate both the travel/main clutch and the PTO clutch, as opposed to the dual release bearing setup on the later models.

Thanks

Mark

Hi Markty2.
Setting-up clutch is (when the tractor is without multiplication of torque moment and tractor is separated between motor and gearbox):

Travel/main clutch - 25 mm from spotface or 21 mm from surface of cover,

PTO clutch 19 mm from spotface or 15 mm from surface of cover (is valid for tractor without hand turn off of clutch),

PTO clutch 37 mm from spotface or 33 mm from surface of cover (is valid for tractor with hand turn off of clutch).

The distance is usually 4 mm between bearing and blades.

Sorry, but I do not speak English very well.
Joseph
