Looks like you have the 10 speed transmission with the Shuttle-Shift.
I have had to adjust my peddle brakes out as they seem to not release properly when using them a lot.
I am not sure why this happens.

The brake system definitely seems to be the weak point on my 3320 also. Maybe check the slave cylinders in the back of the tractor, they get covered in crud especially if the covers are missing
