hello Jamies Zetor 6945 from 1979

Hello , I own a Zetor 6945

The front end loader has stopped working
I've flushed the oil and put new hydraulic oil in
Can someone help me with the lever selection
To work the front end loader
I don't know which way to have the middle lever or tap thingy
Also the 3 point linkage has never worked
Anyone have a idea why
