FEW!!! BUT I DONT KNOW THE HEAD TORQUE SETTING!!!!!!!! . AND A FRIEND TOLD ME THAT THE INJECTORS HAVE A TORQUE SETTING AS WELL? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!! IM NEVER DOING A 3545 AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! ITS PUSHED ME PASSED MY LIMITS MORE THAN ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???

Some of the guys will know the exact torque setting for the head bolts. For the injector bolts, it is not so critical.

By the way, do NOT use a copper washer to seal the injector and the head (alike many other engines) with these engines there is a conical sealing surface, metal to metal.

Renze, there wasnt any copper rings? I thought that but i wasnt absolutely sure. (when you get old enought memory dont work properly anymore ;) )

Im not sure those models torque settings so its better i dont say nothing...

Markku,

I asked the dealer for copper rings when i was ordering spare parts, but they said there shouldn't be any, on UR1 engines..

I am sure that i put the copper rings back from where i took them out last year, when i had the injectors tested. So i suppose someone has been working on it who is not a Zetor mechanic, and put the rings in that dont belong there !!!
