Hi all,
Allow me the stupidest question of the day :sneaky:

I have an old Zetor 5718 - and no manual . Decided to change the engine oil and tapped all oil off - that was the easy part.

Now - there the .... do you fill the new oil in? Cannot for the life of me find ANY holes or caps that is obvious - so please help :)

Kind regards

Peter in Denmark

Hi Peter
On the front right hand side of the engine by the side of the centrifugal oil filter domed cover there is a large plug (22mm spanner size)
You should also clean the centrifugal filter by removing the cover & then lift off the rotor, undo the nut on the top & part the two halves clean the insides throughly, when you assemble the rotor align the scribe marks that are on the bottom of the two halves to maintain balance of the rotor.

Hi Alan,

Thanks a million for a VERY speedy answer. I recon, that it's the 22 mm plug with a wire on (??) - must be the oil pressure thing.

I will clean the filter too as per your instructions - once again, thanks a lot for your help .

Kind regards

Peter

The plug is by the oil filter cover! Not the oil pressure switch.
If you cannot find the plug you can fill the oil through the oil filter base easily with the rotor removed.
