Help with getting 3 point linkage down

Hi i have purchased a 6211 and put the three point linkage up but cant seem to get it to go down does it need wieght on it? Does the pto have to be engaged to get it down? thanks for any help you might have Dale.

Hi,

There is a rate of drop lever on the r/h side of the seat coming through the cab floor. It needs to be off the minimum setting. You may need to lean on the link arms.
