hello Hi from North Central Florida and my Zetor 5211

Hi!

I'm Craig and I own a 1986 Zetor 5211. It's getting old and has a lot of problems creeping up (as you can see by the detached fuel tank in the photo), but when it runs, it runs well and strong.

I live on a small farm in Reddick, Florida, about halfway between Ocala and Gainesville.

I have some customers who have already done over 16,000 hours with their Zetor 5211.
These are quite robust machines, but unfortunately they are often not properly maintained or simply repaired incorrectly and that is when the drama usually begins...

My issues have all originated from my lack of experience with tractors. For instance, this last problem was due to algae forming in the fuel tank. I had no idea that was a thing, and after researching it, I now realize there were preventative measures I could have taken. Lots of lessons learned.
