how to change dpo from 1000 to 540 rpm

I have a Zetor 7245 Plus 1993 mod
I cant figure ho i change from 1000 to 540 rpm on the pto.
I cant find the switch handle.
??
 
do you have the shuttle gearbox since it is a 7245 plus. if you have the shuttle gear its no 1000 rpm pto on it.
