Hydraulic 3 point is weeping

Hello to all it has been awhile since last here. Noticed the 3pt hitch slowly falling then it lifts it self back up and repeats while running. How can this be fixed?
2nd leaking Hyd fluid from where driveshaft enters gearbox that drives front wheels. Started taking driveshaft out, cant remove back half of driveshaft due to some thing is holding it in place. We have unbolted wht can be seen. Thanks for any thoughts.

The lift going down my itself is a leak under the lift cover, you need to take off the lift cover and put in a new seal into the cylinder. But you haven't said what model you have?

There is a big o ring on the 4 wd gearbox.

We have a zetor 7045 with loader. We were able to separate ft half of driveshaft but back half is still attached to something, now cost is going up just broke a ear off back side of shaft.
