Is there anyway to get the hydraulics pump to work faster on 11441 we have a loader on the tractor and it slow 
and we did clean the filters

You could get them with 60l pump and with 70l pump. Local dealer told me they changed the 70l pump for Bosch and it still blew within a year. Too much backpressure in the manifolds. With a 60l pump the pump kept working.
Is your pump allright ? or badly worn ? 60l/min isnt extreme, but it should work ok.
