did you change the suction filters too ?

Do the link arms jump as well or is it just the loader? If you can put a flow meter on it you will get a better idea.
If it's all jumping then it must be drawing air in somewhere. Check the suction hoses, the seal on the hydraulic filter and where the suction pipe fits into the filter housing. If still no luck youll have to have the suction pipe off the gearbox housing and make sure there isn't anything blocking the hole.
