Joystick froze- bucket won't curl

I have a 3340 and the bucket won't curl. The joystick wont move in that direction. Any suggestions?

Hi Amy

Some joysticks have a safety lock on the lever.
It could be a tight cable or there could be a problem in the bottom of the spool block itself. Try taking the cable off the spool valve and working the spool by hand.
