lift arms on 12145 wont lift tipping hydraulics woking perfect....any ideas?

there is a valve that can get stuck, dont know if it was a relief valve or what, but if you screw out an oil line at the back of the 3pt hitch cover on top of the differential, there is something behind it that needs a tap with a big screwdriver and the palm of your hand. That was the cure for when the lift quit on ours, 15 years ago

1. Make sure the pump is in gear and the rear end oil is up to the mark on the dipstick.
2.Probably if it is, then the pump has run dry and won't prime.
Face it down the steepest slope you can find, or back it up a bank so the back end is higher than the pump and you may find it will start working if you rev up the tractor, or you can slacken the pressure pipe where it joins the short pipe from the pump and run the engine to expel any air. The slope usually works and is much easier.
SORRY, didn't read your post properly. Pumps obviously working.

Check that the rotary valve on the front of the bulkhead under the seat hasn't got screwed in. that is the usual problem.
