Got the oil pump in gear ? check the controls 101 to get some pointers.
If it isnt an operating error, have you done anything wild lately with the lift ? E.g. pushing over brushes where the 3pt implement lifted the tractor off the ground violently ? then sometimes the levers bend inside the gearbox.
