Hello, I'm hoping to find a bit of information about the use and workload of a Zetor 6441 Proxima tractor I'm looking to buy. First of all, the price is $9,500 usd and the tractor has about 350 hours logged. is this a good price for such a tractor? Secondly, I'm a vegetable farmer looking to expand to grains and other high acre crops so I'm wondering what kind of plows this tractor could handle. I'm currently using a 3 bottom but wondering the range of the tractor. Also, how large of a brush mower could this tractor handle in the future. Thank you for any information.

its 75 hp so it can handle a 4x16" plough. We used to plough with a 5245 (50hp) with a 3x16"

You can open the fuel pump to about 90hp safely for engine and drivetrain. Dont know about brush cutters, we dont use them in Holland.

Is this to say that with a minor fuel pump adjustment you can increase the HP to that of the 8441? are they the same engine?

Yes, they both are a non-intercooled turbo engine.

Renze 8441 engine is intercooled with a water/air intercooler in the inlet manifold!

...I thought they were still the same as the 8641 engines... But it makes sense to use a slight air/water intercooling for the emissions..

Opening a 6441 up to 90 hp wont hurt it, it didnt hurt the 8641 and 9641 either.
