lost gears and lost wheels

my 3545 just lost 1r23 and the front axle works only, any ideas

Most probally high/low gearstick in nuetral!

yeah thanks alan, didin't think of that! Actually the rear drive is solves but all my gears have shuffled around and the high ones are the only ones available and second is where nuetral should be, ps I am new to zetor not tractors have been working masseys since 1976 thanks for any insights

thanks to no one in here I have fixed it through researching and exploring the box. If anyone gets this problem let me know I have a fix
