Our Zetor 3045 is a special story.
I never actively looked for it; instead, it was offered to me by chance. I imported it from Switzerland.
Built in 1967 but actually only 25 years old because it was dismantled by the previous owner around 30 years ago and was supposed to be restored. And so disassembled it was stored in a hall with the previous owner for around 30 years...

And so he went on a journey to visit me in Germany, after 30 years of sleeping beauty:

Important - it is complete, almost no missing parts and everything is still original. The sheet metal parts are in extremely good condition for their age and can all be used again.

The white steering wheel and the original sheet metal brake fluid container are also still in order. Even the PAL lamp glasses are still the first!

It's going to be a long way until he's standing there like that again. But a man needs tasks. :D ;)

After not having had time for the project here for many years and another vehicle coming into the yard last week (the 11th vehicle now :( ) I have decided to give up the Zetor 3045 project - to sell it, even if it is difficult for me, it is the only sensible decision.

There are no missing parts (important ones like lamps, gears, shafts, seals, bearings, sheet metal parts ...), actually a very, very good basis for bringing an original 3045 back to life. But I don't have the time, I'm not getting any younger.

The weekend after next it will be picked up and will get a new home in another part of Germany and someone who will take very good care of it.
The new owner already has Zetor 2011, 3011, 4011, 5545, 7011, 5211 and all in very good condition, so I don't have to worry. :)

So soon I will only have 3 Zetors and still far too many cars. But I couldn't resist this beautiful old Wartburg 353 S from 1987, especially since I've wanted a Wartburg for a long time. The car is said to have only 11,630 km, 2 previous owners and still has the first coat of paint. It drives great and brings back childhood memories. :)
