Need Help Guys - Zetor 6245 PTO wont disengage

Ive got a 6245 Zetor and pto is hung in gear will not disengage. Is there a coupler on pto ? If so can you get to it by removing pto or do you have to pull axel to get to coupler . I have pulled top of trans and everything looks ok but slide rail will not move it seems to be jammed up and I figure it must be the coupler . Thanks for any help ......

check if the little pin through the small PTO gear lever is sheared first
