Hi All.

I have read through all related threads in this very great forum - and searchet the net for pics - trying to figure out if it's a Z 5711 C or a Z 5718.

On the tractor itself is says 5711 C, but the Registration certificate says 5718.

Are there any major differences/things to look for that can confirm which model I have?

The 5711 and 5718 were identical except for the cab.

Does your tractor have the original Zetor cab ?

Thanks alot for your reply.

I would like to believe it's an original Zetor cab, even though it's not as wide as the one on 5718 (compared to what I've seen on pictures of 571:cool:. On my Zetor the mudguards are outside the cab.

The reason why I asked is that I want to buy a front end lift, and want to make sure I get the right brackets. If the brackets are the same for both it realy don't matter what model mine is.

I read somewhere that 5718 have syncronized gears, while the 5711 have not? So mine might be a 5711 after all?

The 5718 and 6718 were standard sold with the wide cab.
the 4718 came standard with the narrow cab.
I think your 5718 came with the narrow cab similar to the 4718, which was optional on the 5718
In some confined spaces, the wide cab was simply too wide. You see a lot of narrow cabs being sold in Scandinavia where they are used for forest work.

Front loader mountings will fit your 5718 from model 4511 upwards.

Thanks alot - I feel alot more comfortable now, as I have read so many different stories about these mountings :)

While I'm at it;
Any suggestions to what brand/type of frontloaders to look for?
I would like to have a light (and not "to powerful") one, as I mainly want to use it to clear my road wintertimes.

Thanks alot for your time and effort.
