I just acquired a Z5245 tractor and wanted to verify some info. This tractor calls for gear oil for the gearbox/transmission. Is this going to be O.K with using a S594 front loader attachment. Thanks for the info!

80w/90 works, but it foams a little more than hydraulic oil (which is the simplest of all oils, not suitable for gear lube) and UTTO 10w/30 (Universal Tractor Transaxle Oil) has all the goodies needed to both lube gears, and antifoaming agent to keep it stabile in hydraulic use.
