New to Zetor

Hello everyone.
I recently purchased a Zetor 6341. I bought it from a dealer, had them replace all fluids and filters.
I'm on the east coast of Canada. It starts fine when it's below freezing, but I noticed the indicator light for the engine heater that worked when I bought it, now no longer works. Any suggestions?

There is a bit of the wiring harness up by the radiator it has a plastic holder and inside it world be a fuse that what would be after failing
