know nothing about Zetor . trying to help neighbor. hydraulics suddenly stopped working on zetor 5211. unable to locate where to check hydraulic oil & fill plug. also, pulled plate on rear of tractor that said hydraulic magnetic filter-clean every 300 hr. should there be oil in this area? any help would be greatly appreciated. p.s. any thoughts on why hydraulics would suddenly stop working.

Thanks for the response Mike. Just got back from neighbor's. Located the bung (was extremely tight). Appears to be 3 marks on stick. Do you know the mark indicators? Bottom-low?? Top-full?? Middle? Also checked to see if both pto levers were engaged. Found what I believe to be 1 pto lever to left of gear shift (high low). Believe pto clutch is located to left side of seat next to parking brake. Unable to locate any other pto levers. If you or someone else can help me with this, it would be much appreciated.

Hi

Use the middle level on the dipstick unless he has a big trailer to tip.
The other PTO lever I meant was the 540/1000 lever sticking through the rear of the floor in the centre, just behind the hi/low and pto levers.

Mke
