ok the rear lift and the outer circuit no longer function...... what do you supose is the problem?

I know I have oil pressure because an outer circuit which is independant, from the control system under the seat, is functional. this is a zetor 5011

do you have leavers btween yur legs like on the older models??

if so are they in gear.

not sure what else

no levers betwen the legs
just the high low on the right side heel of yer boot, and the pto engage lever behind the left boot as you sit in the chair
I will check the magnetic filter under the seat and check to see I have enough oil in it today in about 15 hours from now

Hi,

I'm not sure what outer circuit works from your post but if you mean the trailer tipping connection, then you probably have a broken or stuck "diff valve" in the main control valve underneath the hydraulic top cover.

Regards

Mike

the outer circuit works a cylinder to lift a scraper in front of tractor , the lift behind does not lift, which means the two control handles on the right beside the seat dont work, the two close to the wheel

oil level is ok but under the tractor seat is the magnetic oil filter, this has not been cleaned for quite some time because the tractor cabin is blocking the with drawl of this filter. the cabin is sitting about a half centimer too close to the filter to unscrew it I have had the tractor for 3 years now , the owner before me I dont know. so I am guessing it has been many years since it was checked, and cleaned

I have occasional problems with my 8011 hydraulics stopping working due to air locking! Why this happens I don't know.

The way that I cure it is to undo the banjo bolt on the back axle on the oil feed pipe coming from the pump where it enters the back axle to supply oil for the hydraulic circuits.
