noise from left side after rear brake service, 5211

i have replaced the brake shoes and cylinders, also the brake band, now there is a thump/bump sound coming from the left rear when i am driving on a slope, it only makes the sound when on a slope never on flat ground, all bolts are tight that i had removed for brake service, any ideals what it could be ?

i did not notice this noise until i service the brakes.

are the wheel bolts tight. had the same sound on my 6341. the bolts from the pan to the rim were loose.

all bolts tight that were removed to service the brakes, pulled the left side portal/bull gear to inspect, thought the snap ring could have not been seated correctly but it was firmly in place, found nothing wrong so back together it went.
