question Please suggest to convert our 7745 transmission to 7341 synchromesh transmission 10+10 f+r

can you please suggest or make a video on how to convert our 7745 10+2 f+r transmission to 7341synchromesh 10+10 f+r transmission with reverse gear please i cant see any video about it or get information anywhere please provide your whatsapp number or facebook id so i can get information from you you are my last hope to convert our transmission

We used to have a 7340 with a shuttle 10/10 transmission. The gearbox out of them would be very similar to a 7745. But you would need some expert here to give you the correct information.

No - there are many parts others than in a 7745 gear box. 7341 have a synchronized 2. 3. 4. and 5 gear... not only 4. and 5. and as I can see other synchron rings and gears to.

Furthermore, if you wanted to convert to a 10/10 transmission, you'd need a different transmission cover, and you might have to do without the torque converter and possibly even the 1000 rpm PTO—or was it the creeper transmission? I don't remember exactly, but the 10/10 had its disadvantages compared to the standard transmission.

Why would the 10/2 transmission need to be converted to a 10/10 transmission at all? Do you reverse that much and for long distances? If reverse is too slow for you, you could always convert to the faster reverse gear. This would be about as fast with a 30 km/h transmission as with a standard 40 km/h transmission.

I thought it would be a straight gearbox swap. I did many times before on Crystals, throw out the 25km for a 40km instead.

But as I said I was leaving it for the people with the know how on these tractors to answer.

Just aswell buy a 7341. The 7745 box casing would be completely different so wouldnt work unless your an engineering genius
