That depends on the local settings done by the importer. Also it varies per tractor, a tractor that has allways been used hard, tends to grow some horses. 80 PTO hp is possible on slightly tuned ones, but the 69 hp mentioned is likely the number from the first models which were initially sold as a 76 hp tractor to close the gap with the 6748 of about 66 hp.
