question Radio install Zetor 7745

I would like a radio in my 7745, I see some radios mounted above heater and wiper control switch.
What is best way to wire a radio here, can I wire into existing wires or do I run new wires ?

I think the red wire is for + and the grey one for -
So you should be able to wire a radio with.

Yes the red is constant live. Do I need a live from ignition also ?
