When you say you still have hyd pressure from the pump I assume you have checked that there is pressure at a spool valve ? There should be 2000 psi ideally.
If you have there are a number of things that could cause the problem. Depending on the age you will have a rotary valve either vertically behind the seat or horizontally under the seat. make surer this is screwed out. If you have an assistor ran the next thing to check is the seal in the ram. just undo the small leak back pipe and see if oil gushes out when you try to lift. Failing that, take off the small inspection plate on the pendant the hydraulic levers are attached to and make sure the rod for the lift lever is moving. if thats OK then your problem will probably require the hydraulic top to be removed and checked to find the fault.
