Hello Zetorites!

I have a 6245 witha RIKO TN 360A loader. I need to be able to take the buucket off and put forks with a grapple arm on the loader instead.

Who is familiar with the RIKO Bucket attachment system? It is not like the newer ZETORs Euro attachment.

The RIKO loader arms attach higher up on the bucket , on the angled part, than do other loaders.

When I get a chance I'll post some pictures to show the difference.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks :(

There are several standards: when i look in the parts manual of my Veto FX 12 loader (home made subframe still under construction btw) it shows 3 standards: the German standard (which is Euro standard ?) the Swedish standard and the Quicke standard. It seems that only the French ;) Mailleux does not adopt the Euro standard. Allied, from Buhler industries Canada, also has their own system.

Anyone know where i can get brackets to adapt my pallet forks to this system??

Thanks :D

Popeye i think this is RIKO's own system. It is not a common standard i think.

Popeye,

The easiest way to attach your forks is to weld two brackets onto the top of your bucket about 2' (600mm) apart. These brackets are made from 1/2" (13mm) x 3" (75mm) x 4" (100mm) plate with a 1 1/6" (27mm) hole near to one end. Hole is sized to accomodate a 1" (25 mm) rod.

You can then attach your forks by sliding a rod through the hole on the top of the fork and then through the bracket.

This way you retain the versatility of the tipping/bucket control.
