Hi ,is there any way of adjusting the stering on a 4511 so that the steering dosent do a half turn without turning the front wheels.

check the ball joints for play, and then the main steering box.

Has it got power steering ?

no power steering,unfortunately.

Then your problem has to be in the box. I've never had one apart so I can't help .

ive had one apart and its fairly simple. yau can revers parts inside to get rid of the slop. but then it becomes tight at each end of the lock. mabt its jsut the bearings on the shaft that have gone with you. only way to tell is to open her up. not much of a job but gettin the steering wheel off is a pig!!
