TACHOMETER AND HOUR METER NOT WORKING ON ZETOR 4341

The tachometer and hour meter is not working, but the rest of the cluster works. Had alternator rebuilt, but tach and hour meter still do not work. Where is the sending unit located? Thanks
 
On the front of the engine, right hand side at camshaft height.
