question Tachometer not working, how to trouble shoot issue?

The tachometer on my Zetor Proxima Power 100 is not working and has no movement. Is there a way to test the signal wire coming to the tach to see if that is the problem or if it's the tach itself? Perhaps a wiring diagram of the instrument cluster would help me if available.

a photo of the instrument might be helpful.

What year is it made?

I'm afraid you'll need a Zetor workshop, they can probably use a laptop to find the fault or check the instrument cluster.

Maybe it's just a cold solder joint?

Check the power at the alternator for the Tacho. Should be 8V with engine running.
